How we operate
Our Status
Trafford Housing Trust is not-for-profit registered charity
which means that all of its income and any surpluses are put back
into Housing, Housing Services and the development of
neighbourhoods in Trafford.
No money or benefits are given to a Trafford Housing Trust Ordinary
Member or Board Members, except for Board Members expenses in
attending official business meetings of Trafford Housing Trust. The
Board of Management has opted to undertake this role on a
voluntary, non-paid basis.
