Diversity Action Group

We’re dedicated to ensuring that equality and diversity are at the heart of everything we do which is why we’re developing as an inclusive and diverse organisation. DAG are working to oversee the development and progress of equality and diversity across the Trust.
This group will:

• Ensure that we surpass all regulatory and legal requirements
• Influence our strategies, polices and actions 
• Ensure the delivery of action/development plans 
• Provide innovative solutions to equality and diversity 
• Hold the Trust accountable for all the above
