Connexions

As well as providing advice for 13 -19 year olds on a range of life issues including housing, this service provides support for young people up to the age of 25 who have learning difficulties or disabilities.
Whilst Connexions themselves offer housing advice, a specific Housing Officer will provide a point of contact for the agency to offer advice, handle cases and improve communication between our services.
