Housing Options

Housing Options offers advice and assistance on housing and housing related issues such as:

• Housing advice
• Mortgage arrears
• Mortgage repossession
• Rent arrears
• Rent repossession
• Problems with debts
• Disrepair
• Rent deposit advice

The service is free, impartial and confidential. Interviews will be conducted in private interview rooms and where necessary a same sex officer will be available to offer advice. The Housing Options Service is able to offer interpreters and signers and a Minicom service is available.
