Request a Review
If you would like to request a review of a decision in regards to your homeless application, please put into writing the reasons why you feel the decision is incorrect and send it to:

All requests must be received within 21 days of the decision being made.
Please send in any additional information, supporting documentation or details on changes in your circumstances which you feel may affect the outcome of your review.
You will be informed of the outcome via post within 8 weeks of your request.
Should your review be unsuccessful in changing the decision, you have the right to appeal to a county court within 21 days of receiving your letter. You should seek independent legal advice from a solicitor.
