Anti-Social Behaviour, Race & Hate Crime
Trafford Housing Trust, as a responsible Landlord, recognises that anti-social behaviour can ruin the quality of life for individuals and families. If left unchallenged it can ruin whole communities. In order to provide a quality service it must be effective in dealing with problems of anti-social behaviour.
We are committed to promoting a safe and secure environment so that all residents can live peacefully in the community. As a member of the Safer Trafford Partnership, The Trust will work positively with all relevant agencies.
In mixed tenure areas we may take action against any person who commits anti-social behaviour if that person interferes with The Trust’s housing management function.
More details of the Trust's policy and procedure on anti- social behaviour are available from your local housing office.
