Getting Involved
Involving our customers is crucial to the Trust if we want to provide excellent services. We encourage our customers to be involved in whatever way they want from informal conversations to formal meetings – it’s your choice.
On this website you can get a flavour of the importance to the Trust of involving residents and some of the ways customers have got involved. The Trust has set out its approach to involving residents in our Pathways document and in our Pathways Summary document which you can view by downloading beolow.
All members of staff at the Trust have a responsibility to involve customers in their work and will strive to do this. However we also have five staff who specialise in involving our customers and you may want to talk to them. They can be contacted for each area as follows:
