How are the Contractors Performing?
It is important to the Trust
and our customers that we deliver the best service possible. The
Trust therefore monitors the performance of its contractors on a
regular basis. This page shows the Trusts most up to date
performance information, so you can see how we are doing at the end
of Quarter 1 (April 2007)

Satisfaction with the quality of the work – 89%
Percentage of properties handed over in timescale – 96%
Percentage of properties handed over at the right quality – 92%
It is the Trust’s aim
to deliver the highest possible standard of works possible. If you
