Millom Court

Blooming marvellous! That’s the verdict from residents of Millom Court Sheltered Scheme in Aimson Road, East Timperley, following the official unveiling of their new landscaped garden by the Mayor of Trafford, Councillor Pauleen Lane. The garden is the final piece in a major £10,000 security improvement programme funded by Trafford Housing Trust.

The scheme has suffered a series of burglaries and has now seen new fencing and other hi-tech safety features installed.

Children from G-Force (run by Tina and Paul Huxley) helped plant the garden, which was designed by south area repairs manager Stuart Faulkner, housing officer Maria Toboni and scheme manager Della Riley, with a range of flowers and shrubs.
