Different ways to pay your rent

We have introduced several ways in which you can pay your rent to give you choice and make it flexible. The following methods of payment are currently available:

1. By Direct Debit

2. By the Internet

3. By Cash or Cheque

Payments can be made at any post office using your rent payment card. Cheques should be made payable to Trafford Housing Trust and can be posted to:

Rents Department, Trafford Housing Trust Limited, Marshall House, 2 Park Avenue, Sale, Cheshire, M33 6HE

Please don’t send cash in the post.

4. By Housing Benefit

5. By Bankers Order via your bank or building society

6. Direct from your wages

7. By Rent Collector

This service is only available if you are in sheltered accommodation.

8. By Telephone: You can make a debit card payment over a secure phone line by calling 0870 770 0472 and following the instructions given. You will need your rent payment card and debit card to hand.
