Dispersed Alarms

Our emergency alarm service helps customers maintain their independence at home and provides peace of mind knowing that professional help is on hand if needed. All alarms connect through the telephone system to the control centre where a team of fully trained operators will respond to your call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Benefits include:

Help at the touch of a button, usually on a special telephone or via a pendant. 

  1. 24 hour monitoring and emergency response service. 
  2. Fully trained staff respond to all calls.

Visiting Services

Our Support Officers are key housing professionals, who build up relationships and offer practical advice. They provide a flexible visiting service and work with other agencies to ensure that customers access the services they need to maintain their independence.

Our Support Officers can help you by:

  • Providing a professional visiting service available 7 days a week.
  • Explaining how the alarm call system works.

Discussing how often and when you would like them to visit.

We endeavour to meet your needs.

  • Helping you settle in if you move to Sheltered Housing. Showing you the facilities and advising on activities such as Luncheon Clubs or social events.
  • Helping you to identify the support you need.
  • Putting you in touch with other services such as home care, prescription collection, meal service or shopping delivery.
  • Treating you with respect, maintaining confidentiality.

All of our friendly Support Officers are police checked to protect vulnerable people.

Other Services

We provide:

  • Scheme based services to all sheltered accommodation tenants, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
  • 24 hour Community Alarm,Trustline, monitoring and emergency response service to:Trafford Housing Trust sheltered accommodation tenants;Trafford
    Housing Trust tenants living in a Trustline property; Social Services referred clients in their own homes; Housing Association sheltered tenants.
