Planned works

Major repairs and renovation works

Improving your neighbourhood

We want your home to be safe and look its best, so we complete major refurbishment works on individual streets, across a neighbourhood or sometimes, on all of our properties.

If you have any concerns or would like any extra support before or during the planned works, please get in touch so we can help you.

Here are the works that we currently have planned:

September - October:

  • Upgrades to the emergency lighting in communal areas across all blocks of flats in Trafford
  • Work on roofs in Longworth close and Winchester Road
  • External door replacement programme at Manor Avenue and Railway Rd
  • Refurbishment of Caretaker facilities at Empress Court and Princess Court

October - February:

  • Valley Road regeneration and environmental works
  • New boundary walls built at flats on Conwy Road
Please check back regularly, as we’ll include more refurbishment works throughout the year.
