Focus Group Network

Join our Focus Group Network

Can you occasionally join us to provide feedback and help us make changes to one of our services or an area of our work?

We are committed to improving the products, services and experiences that our customers receive from us. Only with your help can we ensure that they put the customer first.

That’s why we created our Focus Group Network. This is a group of customers who are interested in shaping our products and services and would like to be invited to one-off events throughout the year.

What you’ll do

Here are just some of the activities you’ll take part in:

  • Provide feedback to us on a service, or an area of our work.
  • Recommend changes you’d like to see.
  • Hold us to account to ensure the changes are made.
  • Let other residents in your area know of positive changes that are made.

Why join the Focus Group Network

Getting involved with THT can be a rewarding experience. By joining the network you will:

  • Be able to speak up about the issues you care most about.
  • Pick and choose the issues you want to get involved with.
  • Meet like-minded individuals who are passionate about improving the customer experience.
  • Receive, as a small thank you, a £10 Love2Shop voucher.

The commitment

We will invite you to events throughout the year and you’ll choose which you’d like to attend. Each meeting will last for around 2 hours.

How to get involved

If you’d like further information, or would like to join the Focus Group Network, email us or call our Customer Service Team on 0300 777 7777.
