We are inviting new and existing suppliers to register for our new Dynamic Procurement System to apply for Repairs & Maintenance and Planned Works contracts.
We follow public sector procurement rules and our new procurement system will allow our suppliers to fill in application forms for available contracts over the next four years, including:
Trafford Housing Trust Responsive Repairs, 2018-2022: for day-to-day Repairs contracts (6-12 month contracts)
Trafford Housing Trust Programmed Works, 2018-2022: for Principal Contractors for smaller planned works
THT spends between £4m and £6m a year with construction companies in order to maintain our homes in Trafford and across the North West
We are also holding a series of short ‘Meet the Buyer’ events in January 2019, which existing and prospective suppliers are welcome to attend. These are taking place on:
Wednesday 9 January, 2019: 10.30-11.30am, 12.30-1.30pm and 2.30-3.30pm
Wednesday 16 January, 2019: 10.30-11.30am, 12.30-1.30pm and 2.30-3.30pm
To confirm attendance, please email steve.turner@geometrasystems.co.uk
All opportunities to work for THT will be shared before the end of February 2019, with work starting as early as April 2019. There is no deadline date for applications, but the sooner applications are made, the sooner suppliers can tender for opportunities.
