What you can do on MyAccount

There are a range of services available on MyAccount. These include:

  • Reporting and booking repairs
  • Reporting issues in your neighbourhood
  • Checking your rent statement
  • Updating your details

Open your account here. It only takes a few minutes. You’ll need your Tenancy ID, which can be found on most rent related letters from us and starts with 800.

Requesting your Tenancy ID

If you want to request your Tenancy ID, email us your name and address or call us on 0300 777 7777 and we’ll get this posted to you.
