How are we doing?
According to a recent tenants' survey, 85% of our
customers are satisfied with Trafford Housing
Trust as a landlord. This figure has risen by 11% since
2005, reflecting our efforts to provide
excellent services.

have used your rent money to improve services, how much we have
invested in our properties over the past year and how we
have worked with communities to solve local issues, and more.
This report is designed for you, our residents, to let you know
how much is changing where you live.That change isn't just down to
us, it's down to you. It's a living, breathing example of people
power and working in partnership.
It takes a lot of effort to create neighbourhoods where people
want to live but it's worth every drop of sweat.We know because
we're already getting reports from residents that things are
improving and more and more of our tenants are
willing to engage with us and want to know how they can make a
