How you can get involved

You can get involved with Trafford Housing Trust at any level you want, depending on your interests and time you have available. 

What is Customer Involvement?

Customer Involvement is about you sharing your views with Trafford Housing Trust and helping to make decisions that will improve your home and make your neighbourhood a better place to live.  It's about people who live in your area coming together to make Trafford a better place.     

Why should I get involved?

We really value the opinions of our customers, so we want to make sure we are delivering the right services that meet your needs and are delivered to you in the right way. We want to hear your views and what you have to tell us,  as you can help make a real difference!

How do I get involved? 

There are many different ways you can have your say and give us your views.  Some you can do from home and some in your local area.  There are ways for you to have your say that only take a few minutes and others that require more commitment. 

We also reward everybody with love2shop vouchers to spend as a token of our appreciation


How much of my time will it take up?

We have used clock symbols to show how much time an activity takes up.  The more symbols you see the more time/commitment is needed.
