Mystery Shopping exercises are carried out to find out how THT
is performing, all the mystery shoppers are tenants and last
year the service areas that they mystery shopped included
Complaints, Choice Based Lettings, Voids and Repairs.
New For this Year
Trafford Housing Trust has joined CIRCLE (Customer Inspectors
Reality Checking Learning and Empowerment), a group of housing
organisations across Manchester. We work with our customers
to give them training and support to test out services in different
organisations. We do this through talking to staff and
customers, mystery shopping and looking at the website. This
year we are looking at Equality and Diversity.
