
Local Promises are a new way of making sure that the services we
provide are based on what you, as tenants want.
What do Local Promises Include?
Our Local Promises are based around 3 main themes
- Your Home
- Tenant Involvement and Empowerment
- Your Community and Neighbourhood
Your Local Promises have been formed by Trafford Housing Trust
in partnership with our tenants through attendance at the Customer
Day September 2010, at your Community Panels, at the Local Offer
Group and from your su
rvey responses from the 'Have your say'
questionnaire.
How will the Local Promises be monitored?
They will be monitored by you, our tenants. Our new Quality and
Insight Panel (QIP) and T-YOUTH group will make sure the Local
Promises are met and kept. There will be performance related
targets for each promise made.
