Meet The Community Partnerships Team

We work with communities and partners to identify opportunities that will allow our customers to influnce services delivered by THT.

Julie Nelson

Community and Partnerships Manager

My role is to oversee The Community and Partnerships Team and to monitor the methods of involvement detailed in our Pathways agreement.

Ann Flood

Community and Partnership Engagement Officer

My role is to ensure that our customers know how to become involved with THT, I support a variety of tenant and residents groups and other methods of involvement. I work in the Urmston and Stretford areas.

Gillian Heslin

Community and Partnership Engagement Officer

My role is to ensure that our customers know how to become involved with THT, I support a variety of tenant and residents groups and other methods of involvement. I work in the Sale area.

Audra Brandy

Community and Partnership Engagement Officer

My role is to ensure that our customers know how to become involved with THT, I support a variety of tenant and residents groups and other methods of involvement. I work in the Old Trafford and Altrincham areas.

Jonathan Baker

Inward Investment Officer

I am responsible for finding and applying for funding to support projects. My time involves - researching funding opportunities (eg Charities, Lottery, National and European Government) Working on applications to funders (either on behalf of THT or in partnership with voluntary and community groups in our neighbourhoods) I also keep track of money raised and monitor the effectiveness of funded projects.

Claire Rimmer

Federation Officer

As the Federation offcier I am responsible for supporting and developing the Trafford Tenants and Residents Federation (The FED) to met its aims. This includes keeping the FED updated on new policy and procedures and promoting partnership working with other Housing Associations and landlords in Trafford.

David Esdaile

Youth Worker

I support a range of projects for young people across Trafford including running activities, supporting youth forums and organising trips for young people.
