
Marshall House Move

The Trust's Head Office has now moved from Mashall House and we
have taken two floors at Sale Point on Washway Road. As the lease
on our old building expired in May, we have taken the opportunity
to move to a different location where more space is available at a
more competitive cost per square foot.
Our new accommodation will (when renovated) contain a Customer
Access Point on the ground floor, which will be open between 9.00am
and 5.00pm every weekday. Customers will be able to "drop in" to
talk to members of staff on the Customer Hub about any of the
services the Trust provides. Private consultation offices will also
be available, along with Choice Based Lettings details and computer
access to the Trust's website and rent payment information.
Facilities also include a suite of meeting rooms which will be
available for Community Panel Meetings and Customer Consultation
events.
