Princess and Empress Courts
External work to both blocks is now on-going.
Princess Court:
The majority of the work has now been completed at Princess
Court and a number of the mast climbers have now been removed in
order that Seddon can start work to the entrance pod. This
work has now started and residents may experience some
disruption during this period and we ask that you continue to be
patient whilst this work is carried out. The majority of winter
gardens have now also been completed on this block and residents
will soon be able to have the benefit of being able to use their
balconies all year round.
Empress Court:
Work to this block is slightly behind Princess Court but is
progressing well. The majority of the work has now been
completed at Empress Court and a number of the mast climbers
have now been removed in order that Seddon can start work to the
entrance pod. This work has now started and residents may

continue to be patient whilst this work is carried out. The
majority of winter gardens have now also been completed on this
block and residents will soon be able to have the benefit of being
able to use their balconies all year round.
Residents within both blocks are being issued with heating cards
to allow them to pay for their heating and hot water. If you would

Consultation/drop in events have been booked in each month from
April until the end of the contract. The next one will be in April
- dates to be confirmed.
