Leverett Close is sheltered scheme that is set within its own grounds with outdoor seating for you to enjoy (including new conservatory).  All flats at Leverett are self-contained with own kitchen/wetroom style bathroom (level access shower/seat and non-slip flooring) and pull cord system throughout.

 Leverett has a  communal lounge/function room where residents are encouraged to get involved in the many social activities including the coffee mornings where you can have a natter over brew and biscuits.   Residents also enjoy regular trips and days out.  Additional facilities include laundry room, lift, guest bedroom, 24 hr emergency call system, communal heating system and a dedicated Scheme Manager on site.  There is also a Luncheon Club. 

Leverett is suitable for those aged 60+ and we are sorry but strictly no pets are allowed.

Leverett Close is located in the Oldfield Brow area on Seamons Road, just past John Leigh Park.  There are a small selection of shops including a Londis (which is also a Post Office).  Good transport links serve the area.

Wellgreen Lodge is located in the Wellgreen area of Hale (just off Tarbolton Crescent).  There are a small selection of shops and good transport links serve the area.

Lyngarth House is located on Navigation Road in Altrincham.  Ideally located just opposite the Metro Link Station (Tram stop) as well as other good transport links
