The trust has recently signed off the three way agreement that
underpins our development programme. Trafford Housing Trust,
Barclays, Homes and Community Agency and Trafford Council are all
working together to deliver 198 new homes in Trafford.
The properties are a mixture of flats, family housing, extra
care apartments. Some of the properties are for rent and quite a
few are on offer on a shared ownership basis.
The Trust intends to build 33 family houses in Davyhulme for
rent and shared ownership. In Sale we are building 71 apartments
for rent and shared ownership. There are further schemes in Old
Trafford comprising of family housing and flats for rent only.
