What do internal works involve?
Internal works include replacing kitchens, bathrooms and heating
systems and rewiring where needed. We will always try to inform
tenants of the exact work we plan to undertake a minimum of 8 weeks
before the work starts.
How long will work take?
We aim to complete all internal works within 5 weeks, and 3 days
for window and door replacements.
Will I get a decoration allowance?
For internal works, decoration allowances are available in
B&Q vouchers. These are provided where we disrupt a tenants
existing decoration when completing works and upon tenants
returning a completed satisfaction survey.
Can I refuse works?
Yes, if the tenant is elderly, vulnerable or has already done
the work themselves.
I am elderly; will I get any extra help?
For those over the age of 60 or who are disabled we offer a
