Energy Efficient Advisor
The Energy Efficient Advisor is here to help tenants with any
energy related enquires you may have about energy usage around your
home and the costs it takes to run.
The Energy Efficient Advisor is available Monday-Friday, 9.30am
to 12.30pm. To make an appointment please call the Customer Hub at

The Energy Efficient Advisor will carry out the following
duties:
- Advising tenants on the most energy efficient and safe use of
heating hot water systems and appliances.
- Advise tenants on current energy costs
- Inform different ways of paying their fuel bills.
- Identify any potential to reduce their fuel cost and improve
energy efficiency in the home.
- Advise tenants on any possible grant entitlements for home
energy efficiency.
- Advise tenants on how to avoid condensation and any remedial
action.
- Provide advice on the use of smart energy metres and ways of
measuring carbon reduction.
Energy Efficient Light Bulbs
At this moment we have an excess stock of about 4000 energy
efficient light bulbs, which we are giving out to tenants for free.
Tenants may collect up to a maximum of 3 energy efficient light
bulbs per household by visiting us at Sale Point, 126-150 Washway
Road, Sale, M33 6AG.
