Sheltered Schemes

Independent retirement living in one of our many sheltered accommodation schemes means living in a self-contained flat in a purpose-built development, without needing to carry out tasks such as gardening, window cleaning and other property maintenance. Additional support is provided by a Scheme Manager and our 24/7 emergency call response system, TrustCall.

At all our Sheltered Schemes there is an emphasis on a communal environment, so Residents have the choice to socialise with one another and join in with the activities and events on offer.

Typical communal services and activities in our schemes include...

  • Communal lounge
  • Luncheon club
  • Laundry facilities
  • visiting hairdresser
  • communal heating system

A service charge covers maintenance and management costs of these communal facilities. This represents excellent value for money and is made clear from the start of your tenancy.
