Benefits advice

The welfare benefits  system is complex and can be difficult to navigate. At THT we have Welfare Rights Officers who can check that you are receiving all the money you are entitled to, with making a claim and to appeal decisions you don’t agree with. They can visit you at home or you can come in to our office. If you would like to speak to one of the team, please complete this form and someone will get back to you.

To make a claim for Universal Credit to claim Tax Credit's, call 0345 300 3900 to claim Housing Benefit or/ and Council tax Benefit (if you claim Universal credit, you will still need to apply for council Tax Support) To claim Personal Independance Payments For information about all of the available benefits, click here
