Following consultation with customers we have developed a Servicing standard guide. These standards help quality check areas like cleaning, ground maintenance and maintaining hard surfaces.

Inspections

We offer regular inspections to quality check our work and welcome all residents to be part of this process.

If you would like an inspection with one of our supervisors please email us at customer.hub@traffordhousingtrust.co.uk

Monthly inspections are carried out on your estate, using a standard inspection form that contains these 22 standards.  Sometimes our staff are accompanied by a Block Champions - a resident who is trained to assess the standard of the work we're doing.  If you've got any queries or would like to draw our attention to an issue in your neighbourhood, they'd be happy to help you.

We quickly act on anything we pick up during these inspections. We take the views of our customer and champions findings to our team/ contractors on a monthly basis. We ask them to address issues of concern and look for ways to improve the service.
