At Trafford Housing Trust we strive to continually improve our services to offer the best possible care for our tenants, colleagues and key partner organisations, our homes and neighbourhoods.  

Our standards are broad reaching, we will: 

  • Help you if you are looking for a new home
  • Help you understand and make payments on your rent
  • Advise you on each step of your tenancy
  • Help you maintain the quality of your home
  • Support you in your home, especially for those living in sheltered accommodation, properties with a community alarm and individuals living in temporary accommodation
  • Work with you to improve your neighbourhood
  • Listen to your opinions and ideas, so we can improve our great range of services
  • Work to a high set of key performance standards, setting targets that each department within the Trust must strive to achieve to ensure we are offering you the very best in customer service

At Trafford Housing Trust our vision is "to be at the heart of creating neighbourhoods that are safe, clean, with strong communities and are places that people choose to live in." Therefore, we depend on you, our tenants, and those interested in helping the Trust to help us be the very best we can be.
