
You said, we did is an initiative introduced by Trafford Housing
Trust to encourage tenants, colleagues and partnership
organisations to feedback on their experiences of the services the
Trust offers and to suggest ways to improve them for the
future.
Below are a sample of some of the suggestions we have received
and the improvements we have made:
You said:
"When carrying out repairs, I want the Repairs Team to treat my
home with respect."
We did:
"We introduced the red carpet treatment to safeguard your
personal property."
You said:
"I would like there to be more appointments available for my
convenience."
We did:
"We improved our computer systems to increase availability of
appointments."
You said:
"I often forget appointments made with members of the Trust and
I never get a reminder that someone is coming to see me."
We did:
"We introduced text messaging alerts to let you know your
appointment date and time."
You said:
"I would like a safeguard system which proves the identity of
members of the Trust when they visit my home."
We did:
"We introduced a safe password system that ensures our tenants
know who is visiting their home."
You said:
"Large repair work is planned in my home but I have no idea how
to prepare for this."
We did:
"We are consulting with customers to devise information leaflets
that give details on how our tenants can prepare themselves for
larger works."
You said:
"I am interested in carrying out tenant responsibility repairs.
How do I find out more about this?"
We did:
"We are holding five roadshows throughout the summer to inform
customers how they can undertake minor tenant responsibility
repairs."
