
Once you are moved and settled into your new home we will issue
you with a rent payment card that enables you to make rent payments
at any local post office.
All rent payment cards have a unique 19 digit number reference
that is linked to your name and home address.
Should you lose or have your card stolen, please contact the
Customer Hub on 0300 777 7777 or click
here to email us to order a new card. Cards are issued within
7-10 working days. Whilst you await your new card our team will
confirm your 19 digit number to you.
