This service will no longer be available to our tenants from 14
January 2014. This is because the Trust is replacing the system
which See My Data runs on. Instead The Trust will be introducing a
new system called Open Access. Open Access will still give you the
ability to secure information about your account, as well as
accessing other Trust services such as reporting a repair,
requesting application forms and making online payments. You will
be able to access your personal information via the internet at a
time that suits you.
Please note, unfortunately, the new service will not be available
until April, 2014.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but hope that
you will find the new service better when it is launched in April,

See My Data has been created to give you
24 hour secure access to your housing information online. Use
See My Data to view your rent/leaseholder account statement and any
repairs you have reported.
How do I use See My Data?
To use See My Data you must be a tenant or a leaseholder
of a Trafford Housing Trust home and have access to a computer
connected to the internet.

As security is paramount and you will only gain entry to
the system if you enter all login data correctly. You are required
to enter four individual items of data correctly to gain entry to
the system and you will only be able to see the information
relating to your own tenancy/leaseholder account.
