Defining nuisance and anti-social behaviour
Living with nuisance and anti-social behaviour in your community
can be distressing. Trafford Housing Trust will not tolerate
anti-social behaviour within its communities.
Anti-social behaviour depends on a number of factors

- Damaging property or threatening to damage another person's
home or possessions

For individuals living with anti-social behaviour, it is
important to compile a diary of ongoing activity, which will help
the Trust to evidence incidents of anti-social behaviour. By
keeping a diary and submitting this information to us, we can then
look to resolving the issues with the resident
concerned. There are a number of ways in which you can report
incidents of anti-social behaviour to us, including the completion
of manual or online diary sheets, via the ASB Reporting Answerphone
facility (0161 968 0555), by telephone, by email, or in
writing. If you would like further information as to how to
make reports, please discuss this with your Neighbourhood Housing
Office.
