Help to maintain your gardens and outdoor space
Maintaining outdoor community areas and helping people manage
the upkeep of their gardens is just a couple of the ways we try to
help to keep our neighbourhoods clean and tidy.
We operate a grounds maintenance for all outside space owned by
us, which includes:
- Open spaces
- Grounds to Sheltered Schemes
- House frontages
- Community gardens
- Grass verges on footpaths that have not been adopted by
Trafford MBS Highway Services
Our Grounds Maintenance Monitoring Panel inspects the upkeep of
these areas and monitors the performance of the grounds maintenance
contractors to ensure this service is performing.
Tying in with grounds maintenance, we offer two types of
gardening services to tenants:
- An assisted garden scheme for tenants who receive benefits
relating to a disability and who would like to benefit from a
