We are delighted to announce thar the Trust was placed number 65
in the Times Best Companies to work for list.
The Times has been publishing its Best Companies To Work For
list for ten years. It celebrates companies that really value their
staff with good policies and practices so that they perform and
deliver excellent services to their customers. The philosphy is
that if staff are treated well, they will reward their employer by
working hard and going the extra mile" for customers. We at THT
have always believed this and have tried hard to provide a
supportive and motivational environment for our staff so that they
can be brilliant when working for tenants in our
neighbourhoods.
The Best Companies list is developed by employee questionnaires
that each individual within the Company is invited to complete on a
confidential basis. These are then analysed by the Best Companies
organisation. This year 964 companies took part in the event and
over 230,000 employees across the country were surveyed.
At THT our results were as follows:

satisfaction
