From housing association to private rented properties, houses,
flats, bedsits and house shares, accommodation can be found in a
variety of different forms and places.
We currently have a register of 11,000 people who would like us
to help house them in the Trafford area. In comparison, the number
of properties that come available to us each year is relatively
small. Therefore, if you are eager to be rehoused and don't fall
into a priority category, we also recommend you register your
interest with other housing associations within the local area.

When registering, we will explain to you in full our housing

what you can afford and what is available in your area. You may not
be able to find exactly what you want within your budget and,
whether renting or buying a property, you need to consider all of
the options open to you.
We also run 26 sheltered housing schemes throughout Trafford,
offering a range of accommodation comprising bungalows and
ground/first floor flats, all covered by a dedicated Support
Officer.
