Shared Ownership Explained
Buying a shared ownership property is no different from buying
any other property on the open market and the property you purchase
is you own home. Shared ownership where you purchase a
percentage of the full market value of the property, usually 50% or
75% and some cases 100% to allow people to get on the housing
ladder that may of otherwise have not been able to. This is an
