For the first time we have been granted planning permission to
develop new build housing in Trafford. Two new schemes we are
developing include:
- Ripon Crescent, Lostock, Stretford - a mixed development of
sizes and styles of housing for all ages.

- Newhaven, Timperley, Altrincham - an Extra Care Scheme
development, it will be the first of its kind in the south of the
Trafford borough. The development is available for older and
vulnerable people with care or support needs who wish to continue
to live independently.
New Stores
- New Stores development - The new partnership brings together
Trafford Housing Trust and a leading building materials supplier
"Buildbase". Buildbase tendered for the contract through the
PFH Framework, and work has now begun on adapting the present
building in Trafford Park and work is estimated to be complete in
late Oct 09.
