How are we doing?
This is second Annual Report for
our tenants.This report will tell you how we have been
performing over the past 12 months: what has gone well, what has
not gone so well and how we want to continue to improve.
There are more details on our performance in our Tenant Annual
Report which is full of relevant information about how we
have used your rent money to improve services, how much we have
invested in our properties over the past year and how we
have worked with communities to solve local issues, and more.
This year's report designed by tenants for
tenants.
We met with a group of customers earlier in the year with some
of our Tenant and Resident Associations to get their views on last
year's report and how we could
improve it. The group also looked at reports from other
organisations and told us what they liked about those. Finally it
was looked at by the Review Crew, a group of our tenants who now
check all our publications to ensure they are jargon free.
