THT's Hidden Treasure Scheme is an employee recognition scheme,
aiming to reward, motivate and inspire all employees who make a
difference in their work and who are passionate about helping
Trafford Housing Trust to better our services, so we continue to
provide the consistently high standards our customers have come to
expect from our team.
The Hidden Treasure Scheme is a one off, annual cash prize of
£1000 and is awarded to an individual who meets appraisal
objectives, who consistently provides excellent service for tenants
and who achieves one or more of the following:
• Positively impacts on a number of people's lives by
consistently delivering services to an individual/a
community/partner or third party significantly in excess of THT
gold standards
• Substantially moves the business forward by personally
conceiving / implementing and/or realising either a significant
improvement to services or a sizeable efficiency saving, which has
a long term and lasting impact Winners of Hidden Treasure Awards
will be announced annually in December.
