personal development framework, to make this happen. This is a
unique structure providing clarity of roles, empowering employees
to make decisions and encouraging responsibility for work. Please

Bronze
Bronze is the first level of Rising Stars and applies during the
probation/training period. It can be for a minimum of four months
or a maximum of two years, depending on the level of knowledge and
skills the employee has on joining the Trust and/or how quickly
they develop.
Silver
Awarded to competent and experienced members of staff who
deliver consistent performance and successfully move up to the next
stage.
Gold
Awarded to those who consistently exceed the requirements of the
job and really make a difference by delivering the 'wow' factor
every time.
Hidden Treasure
Exceptional staff members are awarded 'hidden treasure' status.
This is the ultimate reward given to those who continually perform
above gold level, or who have produced an outstanding piece of work
that has either positively impacted on a number of people's lives
or delivered a substantial efficiency saving.
