Terms and conditions

  • Competitions and prize draws are run by Trafford Housing Trust Ltd (company no. 04831118) whose registered office is at Sale Point, 126-150 Washway Road, Sale, M33 6AG
  • All competitions and prize draws are open to customers of Trafford Housing Trust aged 18 years or over except employees of Trafford Housing Trust and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
  • There is no entry fee to entering our competitions or draws.
  • One entry per person.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition or prize draw if circumstances arise outside of its control.
  • The prize for the winner will be specified and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  • The promoter is not responsible for the loss or maintenance of any prize.
  • Winners will be chosen at random. This will be done by selecting a random number from and matching that to the customer entry. At least two THT staff members will be in attendance for this draw.
  • The winner will be notified by telephone within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  • The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition or prize draw will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • By entering any competition or prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  • The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Please state if you do not wish to use your full name or image. We need to indicate that the competition has a winner so we will use their title and the first letter of their surname. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  • However, we understand some customers would not like their details to be published, so this will not prevent them from being successful in the competition.
  • The winner’s name will be available at the latest 28 days after closing date on this page.
  • Entry into the competition or prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
