To keep our services up to date and operating on the latest technology, we need to perform regular updates on systems within the business.
The latest of these updates is currently taking place. We expect systems to be back up and running before the end of Monday 30 September.
The My Account portal will be offline with services unavailable. Any services that you use through My Account will be available via the Customer Hub on 0300 777 7777 between 8 am – 6 pm, Monday - Friday.

All payment methods will still be available for you to pay in any money throughout the upgrade. The Customer Hub team can check anything you may need to query as well as processing your payment.
Emergency repairs will not be affected, and you should still ring us to log these. An emergency repairs service is available 24/7 by calling the Customer Hub.
