Whether it’s a leaky tap or something bigger like a broken window, we understand that problems like this can cause stress, so we do our best to fix them quickly. We arrange a convenient time to carry out the repair, so you can get on with your day.

 

Report a repair

The fastest and easiest way to book a repair is through our online portal, MyAccount.

If you don’t have an account, it only takes a few minutes to register. Or you can call our Customer Service Team on 0300 777 7777.

For repair and maintenance of your gas heating, contact our provider Liberty directly by calling 0800 028 2373.  

 

If you have an out of hours emergency 

Call our 24/7 emergency service on 0300 777 7777 for a fast response.

To report a gas or carbon monoxide emergency, or if a pipeline is struck (even if no gas leak has occurred) call National Grid on 0800 111 999 - 24 hours a day.

 

What happens next

When we’ve arranged an appointment, our Repairs Team will ring when they are on their way. All of our staff and contractors carry ID cards with them at all times. Our staff will be happy to prove who they are.
