We know that many of you are not always able to join us for meetings and events. That’s why we have created our Digital Readers Panel.
You’ll receive requests by email and can pick and choose the issue you would like to provide feedback on. This could be, for example, reviewing how customers report fly tipping or exploring our website and letting us know how we can improve it.

You can provide feedback when, and if, you have time. You can expect on average two emails per month from us. You will have around five days to respond. You’ll remain part of the group whether you’re able to respond or not however we may check in with you occasionally to see if you would like to remain on the group.
