Our focus network group is a group of customers who are interested in shaping our products and services.
They help to improve the experiences that our customers receive from us.
What will you do?
You’ll take part in:
- Providing feedback to us on a service, or an area of our work
- Recommending changes
- Holding us to account to ensure the changes are made
- Speaking to other customers in your area about the positive changes
Throughout the year we will invite you to attend events on various subjects, including our services or an area of our work. You can recommend changes you would like to see and hold us to account to make sure these changes are being made.
Each meeting will last for around two hours and will occur every few months. Please don’t feel obliged to attend every session. You can pick and choose which event is of interest to you.
