Have your say - Anti-social behaviour

Our Quality and Insight Panel brings together tenant and leaseholder representatives to scrutinise Trafford Housing Trust’s performance and services. They are currently undertaking a scrutiny on anti-social behaviour, in particular how well THT communicates to customers who report ASB to them.

Whether it's threatening behaviour, loud music or unsightly gardens, all ASB shares one thing: it affects everyone's quality of life and can have a lasting impact on mental and physical health.

As part of the scrutiny, QIP are currently looking at:

  • Communication from initial reporting to a case being closed.
  • The process and procedures guiding staff in terms of communication and feedback.
  • The systems used to support staff in communicating to customers and managing cases.
