Have your say - Anti-social behaviour

Our Quality and Insight Panel brings together tenant and leaseholder representatives to scrutinise Trafford Housing Trust’s performance and services. They are currently undertaking a scrutiny on anti-social behaviour, in particular how well THT communicates to customers who report ASB to them.

Whether it's threatening behaviour, loud music or unsightly gardens, all ASB shares one thing: it affects everyone's quality of life and can have a lasting impact on mental and physical health.

As part of the scrutiny, QIP are currently looking at:

  • Communication from initial reporting to a case being closed.
  • The process and procedures guiding staff in terms of communication and feedback.
  • The systems used to support staff in communicating to customers and managing cases.

QIP would like to hear from you

If you’ve recently used the service and would like to provide thoughts to QIP you can email the team. Information you provide will help to make improvements to the service. Your comments will be held in confidence by the team and won’t be shared with THT colleagues.
