Help shape our plans

An invitation to take part

Our customers are at the heart of all we do, and we feel it’s important you have a genuine say and stake in our future. So, we would greatly appreciate your feedback to help set our overall direction and priorities for the next three years.

We’ll be holding two special events to update on our progress and achievements since the acquisition by L&Q last year, and to share and discuss our plans and ambitions for the future. There will be a short presentation and then a roundtable discussion about our core values and strategic goals.

We’d be very pleased if you could join us at one of the following events:

  • Tuesday 3 March, 6pm – 7pm, Limelight, 1 St Brides Way, Old Trafford, M16 9NW
  • COMPLETED EVENT - Thursday 27 February, 2.15pm-3.15pm, Fiona Gardens, Atkinson Road, Sale, M33 6GG

Book a place

You are welcome to attend either event and, although it’s not essential, it would help us if you could. Email us

Or complete the survey

Alternatively, if you are not able to attend either event, we would be grateful if you could complete this online survey. It’ll only take a few minutes.

We look forward to hearing your views on our exciting new forward plans via the survey – or in person at one of the events.
