There is a change in how THT will provide your gas heating services.
Liberty will now provide our gas heating services contract for customers. Liberty has completed a transfer of staff and contracts from Warmer Energy Services (WES) as part of an administration process.
Liberty has assured us the service to our customers, including existing contract terms and conditions, will continue as normal. Liberty is committed to a smooth transition and guarantees service delivery from day one. Our day to day contacts should not change as all Warmer staff will transfer to Liberty with protected or equivalent terms and conditions.
As one of the largest property services contractors in the country, Liberty has an exceptional safety and performance record. Gas compliance performance across all contracts is 99.99%, and there are over 1000 staff working across England and Wales, servicing more than 200,000 UK homes.
WES staff will be integrated into Liberty’s teams so it’s likely that you’ll still see and talk to the same people. You might notice some of the Liberty vans around and the Liberty logo on appointment letters and staff uniforms.
