Today we are delighted to announce the launch of the Trafford Housing Trust Academy, with the introduction of seven new apprenticeship vacancies.
The Academy will provide opportunities for new colleagues to maximise their potential through apprenticeships, a graduate programme, and vocational training at THT. The recruitment of seven apprentices is just the beginning.
The apprenticeship vacancies we are announcing today will enable seven individuals to learn whilst working, through a structured and tailored apprenticeship programme.

We want to create an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute their best work and develop to their full potential. We celebrate our differences and recognise the importance of our teams reflecting the communities we serve, so our opportunities are open to our colleagues, our customers and people in our communities.
All career paths are different, and each one of us has different skill sets and ways of learning. With an apprenticeship from THT, you will get real-life work experience, whilst gaining a qualification in the career of your choosing.
